Role Description In dieser Rolle als R&D Operations Manager:in unterstützt du die effiziente und transparente Steuerung unserer R&D-Aktivitäten. Role Description The Senior Operational Excellence Lead is key to fostering and driving a culture of sustainable change through the use of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. They will be a consultant to all areas of the business to coach and train on the implementation tools to identify and solve business, operational, and manufacturing problems and opportunities. As an influential leader, the Senior Operational Excellence Lead will support productivity champions, Green Belts, Black Belts, and other leaders to drive a Transformational Change mindset.
