Role Description In this Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative role, you will be a Retention Specialist whose role is to retain a customer who wants to cancel their ADT services. You will play a key role in the growth of our organization by serving as an expert problem solver in a retention and sales capacity. - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel. - Proactively identify opportunities and recommend long-term solutions to retain customers. - Provide an award-winning customer experience that increases brand loyalty. - Make situations right the first time to reduce repeat calls or escalations. Qualifications - 2+ years in a sales role, with experience in selling or saving a customer. - 2+ years of Call Center Customer Service / Sales Experience. - High school diploma, GED, college degree, or some college experience. Requirements - Attendance adherence is critical; training/onboarding attendance is required for 8-12 weeks. - Private, undisturbed place to work from home, free from distractions. - High-speed internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber with minimum speeds of 50mbps download and 25mbps upload. - 5G Home Internet and Fixed wireless internet are not accepted providers.
