Capture Manager

AECOM

• Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, proposal strategies, and transition from opportunity to award. • Ensure proper prioritization, funding, and team structure for pursuits. • Provide market insights for pursuit strategy development. • Support legal, risk, and contract reviews. • Lead Readiness to Win process and executive reviews. • Develop and manage capture planning and opportunity analysis. • Drive proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation. • Support proposal pricing based on scope and required skills. • Serve as customer advocate and provide voice of the customer insights. • Identify and coordinate teaming/subcontracting arrangements. • Establish go/no-go and review gates (pink, red, green reviews). • Develop and maintain price-to-win analyses. • Plan execution with milestones and report progress. • Collaborate with technical/account teams for competitive proposals. • Partner with marketing on proposals and branding materials. • Support strategic planning with Sales Director. • Lead lessons learned and client feedback processes. • Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) opportunity data.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology or an earth science-related field plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership experience
  • US citizenship is required
