• Conduct online comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents (ages 5 – 18+) • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management • Provide ongoing psychiatric care via secure telehealth platform • Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists on complex cases and care escalation • Partner with therapists and care coordinators to ensure cohesive, wraparound support • Engage and educate parents/caregivers throughout the treatment process • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

• Lead, mentor, and help in the development of Support Desk team members and Team Leads, and support engineers. • Implement and improve IT service management processes (ITSM). • Communicate service status, risks, and improvement initiatives. • Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues. • Plan workforce capacity and forecast support demand. • Identify root causes and drive permanent resolution through problem and change management.

Role Description Accurate Group is seeking an experienced, Certified Desktop Staff Appraiser to join our growing team. This opportunity is in the Los Angeles County, California market, working remotely and not having to come into an office location. - Complete desktop real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as well as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). - Collaborate in a team environment providing feedback on process and role improvement. - Communicate with direct management to report any issues or concerns and additionally with the coordinators to provide precise ETA’s and updates on reports in queue. Communication is to remain professional and concise. - Expected productivity is based on the report types received and completed throughout the month. - Complete training and conference calls as required. - A minimal number of reports returned are expected. - Complete assignments on / or before the due date. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years active appraisal experience. - Must be located in Los Angeles County, California for this position. - Current Real Estate Appraiser Certification is required for the State of California. - Proficient in Technology to complete the daily tasks. - Effective communicator using Outlook email, Teams, cell phone, etc. - Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Self-motivated and ability to work remote. - Good verbal and written communication skills are needed. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. - Work 8 hours per day/5 days per week. Requirements - Certified Residential Appraiser License for California (Required). • Provide relevant knowledge, experience, and expertise to Yellow Brick core team and clients. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specialty services/service lines and other industry standards. • Identify project risks/concerns, recommend solutions, and work with the project team to mitigate them. • Ensure project deliverables adhere to Yellow Brick standards and are completed within the project’s expected timeframe. • Facilitate and manage meetings and workgroups and contribute to the development of project deliverables. • Track project work, hours, and expenses and provide a summary of work completed for the monthly summary. • Conduct research and provide recommendations for implementation at Yellow Brick to leadership. • Identify best practices in the industry and share them with the team. • Develop or improve tools, processes, and methodologies for Yellow Brick projects. • Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and client relationships. • Maintain confidentiality with Yellow Brick and CannonDesign property, tools, methods, and company information. • Adhere to all Yellow Brick, CannonDesign, and client policies, procedures, and protocols. • Perform other duties as assigned.
