• Coordenar a fila de demandas, priorizando as tarefas de tagueamento (GTM/Data Layer) e de construção de relatórios em rituais ágeis (Dailys, Sprints); • Garantir a consistência e a integridade dos dados coletados nos sites/aplicativos e a acurácia dos dashboards em Power BI e Looker Studio; • Atuar como ponte técnica e de negócios entre o time de analistas e as diferentes diretorias do cliente; • Monitorar os principais funis de conversão de e-commerce e canais digitais, desdobrando desvios de métricas em planos de ação para o time; • Assegurar a aplicação das políticas de governança de dados e compliance (LGPD) nas atividades diárias do time; • Desenvolver, reter e avaliar o desempenho técnico da equipe de analistas juniors, plenos, seniors e estagiários.
Job Requirements
- Experiência prévia comprovada atuando como Analista Sênior ou em posições de liderança técnica/coordenação em projetos de Analytics, BI ou Tracking;
- Sólido conhecimento prático do ecossistema de dados digitais: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, BigQuery (SQL) e ferramentas de visualização (Power BI/Looker Studio);
- Capacidade demonstrada de gerenciar múltiplos stakeholders e traduzir metas de negócios em cronogramas e entregáveis técnicos;
- Domínio em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) para gestão de fluxo de trabalho de equipes de tecnologia ou dados;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, facilidade para resolução de conflitos e perfil orientador para o desenvolvimento de pessoas.

Role Description Accurate Group is seeking an experienced, Certified Desktop Staff Appraiser to join our growing team. This opportunity is in the Los Angeles County, California market, working remotely and not having to come into an office location. - Complete desktop real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as well as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). - Collaborate in a team environment providing feedback on process and role improvement. - Communicate with direct management to report any issues or concerns and additionally with the coordinators to provide precise ETA’s and updates on reports in queue. Communication is to remain professional and concise. - Expected productivity is based on the report types received and completed throughout the month. - Complete training and conference calls as required. - A minimal number of reports returned are expected. - Complete assignments on / or before the due date. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years active appraisal experience. - Must be located in Los Angeles County, California for this position. - Current Real Estate Appraiser Certification is required for the State of California. - Proficient in Technology to complete the daily tasks. - Effective communicator using Outlook email, Teams, cell phone, etc. - Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Self-motivated and ability to work remote. - Good verbal and written communication skills are needed. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. - Work 8 hours per day/5 days per week.
