B2B Outside Sales Executive
Global Payments Inc.
• Sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries. • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking. • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius® helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty. • Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle. • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications. • Upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades. • Stay current on the fintech landscape, industry trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted technology advisor.
Job Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable selling both face-to-face and virtually.
- High energy, self-motivated, and competitive—driven to exceed targets.
- Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners.
- Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.

• Prospect and generate your own pipeline through outbound strategies, targeted outreach, networking, events, and partner/channel relationships — you own the top of your funnel • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through discovery, demo, technical/security evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and close • Sell Trustero's AI for GRC platform to enterprise security, compliance, risk, and audit leaders across your assigned territory (EU and/or US East) • Build a deep understanding of buyers' compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, and others) and articulate how Trustero's multi-agent AI and Trust Graph deliver measurable efficiency and risk reduction • Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and GRC subject-matter experts to run tailored technical evaluations and proofs of value • Accurately forecast pipeline and bookings, and manage opportunities with discipline in CRM • Represent Trustero at industry events, webinars, and conferences to build territory presence and pipeline • Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Marketing to help shape roadmap and positioning • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new-business quota

Role Description - Communicate via cold calls/emails/social media/in-person meetings with SME prospects. - Design, build, and test new outreach and nurture campaigns. - Coordinate closely with content, marketing, and lead generation providers. - Drive revenue by winning new services business and/or expand existing engagements. - Attend cloud workshops and training to boost specific skills and possible certifications around cloud, Kubernetes, and DevOps. - Engage with AWS, and other partners at the tactical and strategic level. Qualifications - 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling managed cloud services and/or DevOps consulting. - Experience selling AWS, and related services is highly desired. - Great verbal communication and presentation skills. - Craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables and price. - Enthusiasm to work in a startup environment and ability to be cross-functional. - Possess natural curiosity and excitement to learn new technology, sell and succeed as an individual and as a team. - Proven track record of sourcing and closing $250K+ ARR deals successfully. - Ability to travel 10-25% of the time. - Technical Background in DevOps or Cloud is preferred. - Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
