Role Description As a Senior Analyst, Location Master Data & Hierarchy Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, governance, and standardization of enterprise location master data across multiple systems and business functions. You will serve as a subject matter expert in location data, geographic hierarchies, organizational structures, and Master Data Management (MDM) principles to support operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making. You will develop a deep understanding of location data sources, data relationships, hierarchy structures, and business processes while driving data quality initiatives across the organization. In addition, you will leverage analytical, root cause, and data visualization techniques to identify trends, improve data governance, and deliver actionable business insights. - Perform functions related to the collection, aggregation, consolidation, maintenance, and distribution of data and ensure the integrity of the master data. - Provide oversight of data and performance, while ensuring the proper procedures are in place for maintaining data integrity. - Build and maintain an understanding of data flows, sources, and data transformations across multiple data sources. - Define, develop and measure data quality analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Effectively analyze the probability and impact of risks identified through root cause analysis and effectively implement mitigation strategies. - Coordinate development and training of data quality practices. - Manage, cleanse and facilitate customer and supplier information within the industry. - Document, monitor, and improve processes and controls related to areas of responsibility. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required/Masters’ Degree preferred - Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role. - Strong analytical background. - Understanding of data, data flows and how data supports various business processes in a supply chain environment. - Understanding of data quality and data risk management, including understanding of standards, methods, processes, tools, and controls. - Self-starter with the ability to seek out new problems and develop solutions, while having strong sense of ownership. - Analytical and data-driven with a knack for driving business decisions through data and analytics. - Self-sufficient and motivated to obtain the skills or knowledge necessary to accomplish complex tasks. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. - Ability to conduct root cause analysis and communicate recommendation to resolve, switch quickly between details and the big picture. - Ability to travel 25-50% of the time. • Define the global measurement and analytics strategy directly aligned with the client’s high-level objectives (e.g., churn reduction, ROI and conversion optimization). • Lead the advancement of the company’s analytical maturity by driving an omnichannel vision (integrating data from digital and physical channels, CRM, and paid media). • Sponsor and lead automation and advanced intelligence initiatives (predictive models and machine learning) to anticipate user behavior and personalize customer journeys. • Ensure full corporate compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and Information Security through strict data governance frameworks. • Report strategic results, KPI projections, and structural insights directly to Directors and C-level executives.
