Role Description Support Clinical and Nursing System, Market and Hospital leadership related to clinical priority goals, system initiatives and process improvement projects. - Serve as a key resource/SME in collection and analysis of data. - Lead projects related to the compilation, development and implementation of data visualization tools including but not limited to: Tableau. - Tailor visuals for varying audiences: make complex information clear, engaging, and actionable. - Partner with ADSI and other data teams in defining and developing process and outcome measures. - Compile analytical and statistical reports. - Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of presentation visualizations and communications. - Self-directed project management skills based on stakeholder partnerships. - Lead and participate in the roll out of high priority quality & safety data projects. Qualifications - High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. - 3 years of experience preferred. Requirements - Experience with project management or process improvement. - Clinical and leadership background/degree. - Experience with and/or knowledge of capabilities of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred. Data Governance Analyst

• Advise, own, define, and articulate a strategic technical vision to drive solutions in the Analytics space for our prospect and customers • Be the Go-To "trusted advisor" for our customers • Work with our prospects and customers to define and architect joint initiatives and co-create their transformation journeys and roadmaps to meet their business and IT needs. • Be a leader and give delivery teams context and confidence to make correct technical decisions, while establishing culture of excellence • Provide strategic leadership on cross-practice customer engagements for Datavail's key customers • Advise customers on overall technology standards and practices and governance strategies • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape • Provide market insights to ensure our customer's IT strategy stays current and contributes to their competitive advantage • Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity • Implement and lead the implementation of Data Governance solutions for both on-prem and in the cloud data management solutions. • Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects within Datavail in developing complex end-to-end solutions. • Maintain technical skills and knowledge, collaborate and share with the technical community while educate customers on Data Governance. • Present and lead ideation and solution alignment workshops with our customers to establish the art of the possible and help them to realize it • Provide thought leadership by speaking in technical conferences, webinars, marketing events and heavily involved in publishing case studies, white papers and blogs.

• Design tagging maps and Data Layer specification architectures for GA4, Firebase and Appsflyer environments. • Implement advanced configurations in GTM, including Server-Side Tagging and writing complex JavaScript scripts. • Guide and validate technical deliveries, auditing the integrity of transaction IDs and e-commerce funnels. • Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), structuring Consent Mode flows and auditing third-party tags. • Map technological barriers in navigation flows that impact measurement and propose technical workarounds.
