Senior Project Manager – Pipeline & Gas Facilities

ENTRUST Solutions Group

• Lead the delivery of complex natural gas infrastructure projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. • Oversee projects from early planning through construction and commissioning, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across a portfolio of pipeline and gas facility projects. • Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, project managers, and technical specialists, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations. • Mentor staff, support project execution best practices, coordinate internal stakeholders, and help teams navigate technical, operational, and schedule-related challenges. • Maintain project performance, forecasting resource needs, and driving continuous improvement across project delivery efforts. • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, identify new opportunities, support proposals, and help expand presence within strategic accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of experience managing pipeline, natural gas, utility, or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Experience leading large, complex pipeline and/or gas facility projects.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and overseeing project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Experience building and managing client relationships and supporting business development activities.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Meter & Regulation (M&R) facilities, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Launcher/Receiver facilities, Pigging & In-Line Inspection (ILI), compressor stations, or other gas facility infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).
  • Consulting engineering and/or seller-doer experience (preferred).
