Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience delivering commercial software products with strong customer adoption;
- Proven experience building web applications with TypeScript and React, along with hands-on experience with relational or non-relational databases;
- Solid backend development skills in C# / .NET;
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your day-to-day development workflow;
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous and technically complex challenges;
- Clear, proactive communicator who takes ownership, operates with transparency, and keeps teammates informed;
- Bonus: experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL).

In this role, as an AI Pilot, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide frontend craftsmanship, design sensibility, and quality control to ensure pixel-perfect, conversion-ready websites that match real client briefs. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in landing page production, multi-page website development, and modern frontend frameworks.
