• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI. • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience research and segmentation, budget planning and forecasting, bid strategy, campaign execution, and A/B testing. • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, marketing assets, and compelling copy that align with the Rubikal brand and drive conversions. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics, transforming data into actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and support pipeline growth. • Plan and execute marketing initiatives that support Rubikal's regional growth strategy, with a strong focus on generating demand and expanding brand presence across the GCC market. • Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a software company, SaaS business, or technology agency.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market, including its digital landscape, customer behavior, cultural nuances, and regional market dynamics.
- Proven expertise in managing paid media campaigns, with advanced proficiency in **LinkedIn Ads** (required). Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex campaign data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
