This dual mandate combines solution architecture with organizational leadership, bridging business needs with Statara’s Data, Insights, and Activation capabilities. As department head, this person will assume direct leadership of the Data Products & Engineering team—setting technical direction, managing priorities, and ensuring the reliability and continued evolution of Statara’s core data infrastructure, with particular emphasis on Snowflake and modern cloud data architecture. You should have hands-on working knowledge of Snowflake. You don’t need to be a certified architect, but you need to be able to contribute to technical decisions confidently in a Snowflake-centric environment. • Experience in solutions engineering, data engineering, analytics, data products, or a related technical role • Familiarity with data integration, pipelines, data modeling, and solution architecture concepts • Experience with modern cloud data platforms and analytics workflows; AWS environment experience is a plus, as is Alteryx • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and executable solution plans • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with complex datasets • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Team leadership experience required—whether through direct management, tech-lead roles, or running cross-functional workstreams. Formal people-management experience is preferred but not the only path. • Experience working across Sales, Product, Engineering, or analytics functions is a strong plus Plus: Background in data onboarding, identity resolution, audience strategy, martech/adtech, or measurement partnerships. Role Description The eClinical / Medidata Database Programmer is responsible for building, configuring, testing, and maintaining clinical study databases and related eClinical system components. This role supports clinical trial study startup, database build, edit check programming, system configuration, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and production support.
