Role Description The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks. Shift: You will be required to work anywhere from 3a - 11p, Sun – Sat. Main Duties - Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies. - Document all medication details in electronic records. - Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies. - Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims. Qualifications - State Pharmacy Technician License - National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. - 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals. - Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience. - Strong computer skills - Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech. - Ability to work independently or within a team. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; emergency availability. Requirements - You will be required to have reliable internet connectivity provided through a wired ethernet connection. A mobile or hot spot environment is not acceptable. - You may need to purchase an Ethernet cord depending on your current setup. - If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
