Role Description As the Director of Technical Publications, you will lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of Corelight's product documentation to ensure it is accurate, highly discoverable, and accessible. You will directly manage and grow our team of technical writers, optimize our publishing workflows, and incorporate modern AI tools to improve efficiency and self-service search. Partnering closely across Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support, you will treat documentation as a core product component that simplifies onboarding and helps our enterprise and government customers defend their networks with clarity. Specific Responsibilities: - Drive Content Strategy: Define and execute the documentation roadmap to support product success, feature releases, and customer onboarding. - Lead and Mentor the Team: Recruit, manage, and develop a distributed team of technical writers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Own the Documentation Lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end publishing workflows, from planning and drafting through cross-functional review, release, and ongoing maintenance. - Maintain Content Standards: Establish and enforce unified style guides, information architecture standards, and content governance rules across all product lines. - Pioneer AI Workflows: Integrate modern AI-assisted engineering and writing tools into the authoring pipeline to optimize content creation, metadata tagging, and customer search experiences. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure content accuracy and keep documentation in sync with release schedules. - Track Operational Metrics: Define and report on key metrics for documentation quality, text coverage, delivery timeliness, and support-ticket deflection. - Manage Operations: Direct the department budget, handle tool/platform vendor relationships, and manage long-term headcount planning. Qualifications - Professional Experience: 10+ years in technical publications or documentation engineering, including 5+ years of direct people management experience. - Industry Background: Proven experience managing documentation strategies for high-growth enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity platforms. - Modern Workflows: Direct experience scaling documentation processes using docs-as-code principles and Git-based authoring workflows. - Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, English, Communications, or equivalent practical enterprise experience. • Source new lending opportunities through direct borrower outreach and referral networks. • Develop relationships with investment banks, commercial banks, private equity sponsors, consultants, accountants, attorneys, and other intermediaries. • Lead initial borrower discussions and determine strategic fit. • Structure financing solutions that satisfy borrower needs while meeting fund investment objectives. • Prepare and negotiate indicative terms, letters of intent, and term sheets. • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified lending opportunities and provide accurate forecasting. • Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. • Work collaboratively with investment professionals to ensure a smooth transition from origination through closing.

• Lead the operational oversite of clinical external manufacturing (CMO) of Drug Product • Develop and execute robust, phase-appropriate aseptic strategies for monoclonal and bispecific antibody drug products • Experience managing CMOs and technology transfer of processes to external Contract Manufacturing Organizations • Ensure strict adherence to cGMP requirements and global health authority expectations regarding aseptic controls • Collaborate with formulation and device development teams to create stable, high-concentration liquid formulations • Execute risk assessments and define process control strategies using QbD principles • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, analyze data, and implement process improvements • Lead deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls • Review CMC sections for regulatory submissions including INDs, IMPDs, and BLAs • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert during regulatory agency interactions • Manage vendor and CDMO relationships, ensuring alignment with project deliverables, budgets, and timelines
