Role Description Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Dados Pleno – CRM PME, fortalecendo a frente analítica de CRM com foco em inteligência de dados, segmentação, personalização, mensuração de performance e evolução das jornadas de relacionamento com clientes PME. Essa posição será fundamental para apoiar a construção de um CRM cada vez mais orientado a dados, conectando análises de comportamento, ciclo de vida, engajamento, conversão e valor de cliente às estratégias de aquisição, ativação, retenção, rentabilização e blindagem da base. A pessoa atuará em forte parceria com os times de CRM, Marketing, Comercial, Produto, Dados, Analytics e Tecnologia, contribuindo para transformar dados em decisões práticas, campanhas mais precisas, jornadas mais inteligentes e ações com maior impacto em negócio. Buscamos uma pessoa analítica, curiosa e orientada a negócio, que tenha facilidade para mergulhar em dados, identificar padrões, estruturar hipóteses e transformar análises em recomendações práticas para CRM. É importante que essa pessoa consiga equilibrar profundidade técnica com comunicação clara, apoiando o time na construção de campanhas, jornadas e decisões mais inteligentes, personalizadas e mensuráveis. Mais do que gerar relatórios, esperamos alguém capaz de provocar boas perguntas, encontrar oportunidades na base, medir impacto e contribuir diretamente para a evolução da maturidade analítica do CRM PME. Qualifications - Experiência em análise de dados - Domínio de SQL para extração, tratamento e análise de dados - Conhecimento em Excel/Google Sheets e ferramentas de BI, como Power BI, Tableau ou Looker - Conhecimento de métricas de CRM, ciclo de vida do cliente, churn, retenção, conversão e LTV - Experiência com segmentação de bases, cohorts, funis, testes A/B e análise de performance - Capacidade de traduzir dados em insights acionáveis. Requirements - Experiência com análise de dados, CRM, marketing analytics, inteligência de clientes ou áreas correlatas. - Domínio de SQL para extração, manipulação e análise de dados. - Conhecimento avançado em Excel ou Google Sheets. - Experiência com ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados, como Power BI, Tableau, Looker ou similares. - Capacidade de construir análises de performance, funis, cohorts, segmentações e estudos comportamentais. - Conhecimento de métricas de CRM, marketing digital, ciclo de vida do cliente, retenção, churn, LTV, conversão e engajamento. - Familiaridade com plataformas de CRM, marketing automation ou MarTech, como Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Oracle, RD Station ou similares. - Conhecimento em testes A/B, hipóteses de negócio, mensuração de impacto e metodologias de experimentação. - Desejável conhecimento em Python, R ou outras linguagens para análise de dados. - Desejável familiaridade com modelos preditivos, clusterização, propensão, recomendação de ofertas ou priorização de públicos.
