Role Description As a Global Business Development Manager, Data Centers here at Solstice, you will serve as the primary technical and commercial bridge between Solstice and the world’s most influential technology architects. You will be responsible for positioning our advanced low-GWP refrigerant portfolio and thermal solutions as the gold standard for next-generation chipset and facility cooling. In this role, you will drive long-term adoption of Solstice technology by embedding solutions into the future roadmaps of hyperscalers and leading chip designers, influencing next-generation data center thermal strategies. You will report directly to our Global Strategic Marketing Manager, Data Centers, and you will work out of our Sunnyvale or Remote location on a flexible work schedule. • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, maintaining a baseline of 120+ calls per day. • Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify leads to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). • Master the value proposition of ERP, EPM, and automation solutions to engage prospects in meaningful business conversations. • Collaborate closely with the senior sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities. • Maintain rigorous data integrity and activity tracking within the company CRM. • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
