Mashreq

• Execution of Corporate Actions relates to DFM / ADX / NASDAQ markets along with GCC related markets. • Handle NIN related activities and Stock Transfers to and from market • Financial posting in the core system including daily settlements and Fund transfers • Handling and resolving Customer queries • Preparation and execution of trade confirmation to the customers • Reconciliation of customer portfolio along with Mashreq’s portfolio with the market including GCC markets, as per agreed intervals and investigations in case of any exception • Monitoring of LTV through out the day and reporting to TCM upon occurrence of any shortfalls or Margin calls • Monitoring Security Exceptions, if any, as per regulatory and market requirements • Report HO trades, if any, done through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking the same in HO books

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from a recognized University.
  • Experience of 2 years in a brokerage house of medium-sized entity.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Sound command over Microsoft excel

We are seeking a candidate in FL, GA, SC, or NC area. This is a hybrid/remote role, per the requirement of high travel to support practices for in person leadership engagement. The Regional Operations Director position is responsible for overseeing the overall management of the specialty division across SGA serving as the full P&L leader with primary accountability for achieving the operational performance and strategic growth objectives for the region.
