Role Description We are seeking an experienced TikTok Brand & Shop Manager to spearhead BOKA’s presence, operations, and revenue growth on TikTok in the US market. In this role, you will be the ultimate owner of our TikTok Shop P&L, responsible for driving end-to-end strategy, daily shop operations, and managing a robust creator affiliate community. If you live and breathe TikTok culture, know how to scale e-commerce revenue natively within the app, and have a proven track record at a brand or an agency, we want you on our team. The shop is already live and running but we want to accelerate the growth and drive over 10M$ business a year for next year. TikTok Shop should drive also halo effect on the rest of the channels. Key Responsibilities - TikTok Shop Management & Growth - Own the day-to-day operations and merchandising of the BOKA TikTok Shop. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rates, and customer acquisition. - Monitor daily performance metrics, optimize product listings, and manage promotional campaigns (e.g., Flash Sales, TikTok campaigns). - Ensure seamless operational workflows, coordinating with supply chain and customer service teams to maintain high shop health and seller ratings. - Use data to identify growth opportunities and improve our TikTok shop's success. - P&L & Commercial Strategy - Manage the TikTok Shop P&L, taking full accountability for top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability on the platform. - Forecast budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and analyze ROI across shop promotions, affiliate commissions, and paid media crossovers. - Provide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership, translating data into actionable insights and strategic pivots. - Affiliate Community Management - Build, scale, and nurture BOKA’s TikTok affiliate network from the ground up. - Identify and recruit on-brand creators to drive organic and authentic product advocacy. - Design and manage commission structures, incentive programs, and gifting campaigns. - Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, fostering long-term relationships and guiding them on content best practices for BOKA products. - Content & Campaign Synergy - Collaborate with the internal creative and marketing teams to ensure TikTok Shop initiatives align with broader brand campaigns. - Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep BOKA relevant and culturally plugged in. Qualifications - 3+ years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years dedicated specifically to managing TikTok and/or TikTok Shop for a brand or at an agency. - Strong financial literacy with proven experience managing a P&L, forecasting, and driving profitable e-commerce growth. - Demonstrated success in building and managing influencer or affiliate programs, specifically within the TikTok ecosystem. - Deep understanding of TikTok analytics, e-commerce metrics, and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. - Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Must be based in the United States.
