Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for essential tasks associated with Purchasing and Inventory management. Qualifications - Strong accountability for attention to detail and timely execution of responsibilities. - Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and Teams. - Experience with Microsoft Excel with an intermediate understanding of formulas and spreadsheet usage. Requirements - Cycle Count Data Entry and Reconciliation - Run data analysis on information collected during cycle counts. - Generate count sheets for exception audits. - Purchase Order Placement and Maintenance - Place forecasted orders with vendors and review confirmations for accuracy. - Monitor Open PO’s to ensure timely delivery and follow-up on delayed shipments. - Purchasing and Inventory Administration - Maintain daily inventory integrity through ERP systems and reporting. - Execute, via email and phone call with vendors, administrative duties such as lien waivers. - Other duties as assigned. - A strong desire to learn and improve processes.
