Title: FP&A Senior Manager Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota, 55108, United States Department: Accounting Job Description: Remote Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Senior Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function. The FP&A Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on financial modeler with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving process improvements. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Maintain the Company’s 13-week cashflow model, clearly outlining assumptions and risks underlying to the forecastCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.Lead the monthly financial analysis process, including variance analysis and management reporting.Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Evaluate potential investments and support growth initiatives. Mentor and develop the FP&A senior analyst, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting field, including hands-on FP&A experience. - Demonstrated ability to independently build and maintain a detailed 3-statement financial model. - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, scenario/sensitivity analysis); experience with FP&A or ERP software (NetSuite) a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business stakeholders • Configure and support Dynamics 365 Finance modules, with primary expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) • Support additional Finance modules, including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Asset Leasing, Asset Management, and Project Accounting • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process flows, solution documentation, test scripts, and user training materials • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support production deployments, and provide post-implementation hypercare • Provide Level 2/Level 3 functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend long-term process or configuration improvements • Evaluate Microsoft Dynamics 365 release updates, service updates, and hotfixes, ensuring minimal business impact • Manage support activities using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow • Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support runbooks • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Take responsibility for the global finance and accounting function, establishing strategy, priorities and standards for all legal entities • Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team, and manage relationships with external advisors, auditors and tax partners • Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and executive leadership • Lead monthly and quarterly close activities in NetSuite • Prepare and post journal entries, provisions and adjustments • Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations • Maintain and reconcile deferred revenue schedules in accordance with ASC 606 • Support subscription (SaaS) billing processes • Oversee multi-entity accounting (US, UK, Germany, India), including intercompany transactions and multi-currency consolidation • Manage the full accounts payable cycle • Collaborate with Financial Planning on budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow modeling • Support the subscription renewal cycle and monitoring of SaaS metrics • Calculate and reconcile sales commissions in collaboration with Sales and HR • Prepare and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports to the portfolio group/shareholders • Manage accounts receivable and collections efforts

Role Description ASCP and Demand Planning module experience required, with a minimum of 2 implementation experiences and sound knowledge of these 2 modules. This position is a contracting role.
