Let’s see what we can achieve. Together. Job Description seeks a mid-level finance associate to join our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles or New York office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of structured finance, securitization and CLO experience. All applicants must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools are strongly preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying. Qualifications Requirements Basic Qualifications: - JD - 4-6 years of relevant experience - Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Work Environment - Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote (as appropriate) - Some travel required Pay Transparency In accordance with California’s and New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay rate for this position, if hired to work in California or New York City is $310,000 - $390,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
