Job Description
IT Project Manager
Stefanini Latam
Manage project deliverables, including technical solution, implementation, support, and quality. Understand and participate in multiple phases of project implementations. Collaborate with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and various IT and business teams to prioritize work and schedules. Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence to standards/regulatory requirements. Interact with customers to understand their business and respond to their needs based on business and technical knowledge. Educate and influence others, including project sponsors, other project managers, and project team resources. Define and execute project plans and report project status, issues, progress, budget, etc. to the appropriate service owners/management, including project review meetings and dashboards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of technical experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Knowledge of project development/implementation processes.
- Solid presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Must have experience with Waterfall.
- Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and project management processes.
- Experience managing budget, administrative tasks, and finance.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
- Highly desirable previous knowledge of JDE.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English with non-Spanish speakers.

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning process across U.S. and international business units. You will develop accurate, data-driven forecasts, incorporating insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive supply chain and inventory decisions.
