Field Marketing Coordinator

• Assist Field Marketing Managers with executing digital marketing programs for the opt-in program hotels with a heavy emphasis on the daily management of hotel websites, landing pages, mobile presence and third-party business and paid media listings. • Share local marketing and brand best practices with hotels to help drive positive business results • Serve as a liaison for properties regarding questions about corporate marketing tools, programs, campaigns and brand standards • Regularly attend team and cross-functional calls to better understand business needs and competition for properties and cluster regions • Provide ongoing support to all hotels to optimize online hotel presence, with a particular focus on growing book direct revenue and channel mix. • Coordinate with FM-preferred vendors and partners to ensure quality execution of local marketing tactics. • Assist in compiling reporting for key stakeholders, including KPIs, comparative scorecards, summarization of performance and future recommendations and action items. • Provide ongoing training to property marketing teams. Optimize training manuals, guidance and instruction on how to utilize our digital marketing platforms and tools to optimize digital activities and revenue performance • Support administrative duties and special projects or tasks as assigned • Ensure property marketing programs and initiatives are accurate, complete, timely and align closely with corporate and brand strategic priorities

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media or E-Commerce
