Role Description The Sales Coordinator will be one of the many main points of contact for the AWG Customer Team, responsible for contract creation and maintenance as well as bill payment activities for select AWG supplied retailers. This role would report to the SR. Manager of A/R and Procurement and will routinely interact with Customer Sales Managers (CSM’s) and third party contracting and bill pay partners. Key Responsibilities: - Complete customer contracts for Kraft/Heinz merchandising events – Ads/EDLC/TPRs. - Work with CSM’s to ensure all contracts are completed in a timely and accurate manner. - Delegate and lead contract entry into customer portal by third party support team. - Revise contracts weekly where applicable due to programming changes or addition of new items. Revise portal entries to align with contract changes. - Manage bill payment process for assigned retailers. - Receive invoices from customers. Review bills vs. contracts to ensure accuracy and generate payment instructions to third party payment team. - Log all bills into payment trackers and pass invoices along to third party payment team. - Verify payments are made in timely fashion. - Communicate with third party payment and contracting teams and provide direction on assigned tasks. - Review billing or contracting questions with third party team and facilitate a remedy to involve appropriate sales team members as needed. - Manage additional customer team support assignments as requested.
