Senior Accommodation Revenue Manager

Role Description Are you passionate about driving commercial success through strategic revenue management? Join our team at TUI Group where you'll lead and develop revenue management strategies that maximize business growth, profitability, and market share across assigned destinations. This role can be performed remotely from the following countries: Turkey, Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, and the UK, with approximately 20% travel required to Turkey and the Balkans region. - Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies for your assigned area. - Establish clear objectives and performance standards that drive commercial success across all sourcing methodologies. - Lead strategic availability management frameworks that optimize inventory control and distribution. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to implement offers roadmap and availability decisions in collaboration with senior stakeholders. - Align revenue management strategies with broader commercial objectives to ensure an integrated approach to hotel partner management. - Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key hotel chains and partners at a senior level. - Lead a team of Accommodation Revenue Team Managers and Revenue Managers, fostering a proactive culture focused on commercial excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Proven experience in revenue management or commercial leadership roles within the travel industry. - Strategic thinking capability to translate commercial vision into actionable plans. - Advanced commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills. - Outstanding communication and influencing skills to operate effectively at all levels of the organization. - Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate high-performing teams. - Excellent written and verbal English language skills. - Ability to travel up to 20% of working time.
