Job Requirements

  • Experience in optometry/optical retail, medical technology, or healthcare
  • Ideally vocational training or a completed degree (e.g., optometry/opticianry, health sciences, business administration, or a related field)
  • Professional experience in account management or sales management
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management, and expanding business relationships
  • Structured, data-driven, and focused
  • Comfortable managing your sales territory independently
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 80%)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
  • Valid driver's license (class B / car)

Role Description The Online Sales Assistant (OSA) is responsible for playing a key role in the initial internet-based home search of potential Stanley Martin home buyers. The OSA is often the first experience a homebuyer has with Stanley Martin and the role is responsible for capturing and converting internet customer traffic into appointments with our Neighborhood Sales Managers who will continue the sales and contracting process. - Use customer-focused sales skills to convert online (and phone) leads from various sources to neighborhood appointments by investigating needs and providing relevant product and neighborhood information. - Your primary focus will be assisting the NHC team(s) of which you are assigned.
