This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of People Operations, ensuring operational excellence, employee engagement, and compliance across the organization. Oversee payroll processing, compliance, and administration of benefits including health, life insurance, 401(k), wellness programs, and leave policies. Drive employee relations, performance management, and resolution of HR-related issues, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability. Partner with leadership, consultants, and vendors to implement HR solutions and policies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, generate reports, and oversee compliance with labor regulations. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, manage special projects, and support immigration needs when applicable. Analyze HR metrics, implement process improvements, and enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR or People Operations, including leadership of teams.
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate difficult messages sensitively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, think strategically, and execute operationally.
- Experience with payroll, HRIS systems, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving processes and employee engagement.
