The Senior Technical Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, using data-driven insights and market expertise to attract and engage top-tier talent. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake and sourcing to assessment, debriefs, and offer closure. Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns to engage passive, top-tier talent across multiple channels. Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to calibrate candidate profiles, set standards, and guide selection decisions. Conduct structured behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations to ensure long-term candidate success. Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a high-touch candidate experience and representing company culture at every stage. Manage offer strategy and negotiations to align candidate expectations with internal guidelines and market data.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting in technical domains such as Engineering, Data Science, or Product.
- Proven ability to close high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical acumen to assess candidate skills and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels to attract passive talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build credibility.
- Team-first attitude with adaptability to changing priorities and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and maintaining high data integrity.

This role leads a high-performing team of technical recruiters focused on acquiring top talent for Product and Engineering roles across the organization. You will set strategic hiring priorities, partner with senior leadership, and ensure scalable, data-driven recruitment processes that attract and retain exceptional candidates. This position requires a combination of people leadership, deep recruiting expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and director-level positions when needed, including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
