Role Description The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position. - Schedule, confirm and manage appointments for benefit counselors. - Coordinate daily schedule to maximize efficiency and accommodate client needs. - Answer incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries in a timely & professional manner. - Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with scheduling questions and general benefit enrollment information. - Work closely with benefit counselors to ensure accurate scheduling and communication to client. - Maintain accurate client records and appointment documentation. - Reschedule appointments as needed. - Follow up with clients regarding appointment reminders and employee notices. - Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and report preparation. - Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with company policies & applicable regulations. - Support the benefit team with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school or GED required. - Must be licensed. - Independent and self-motivated thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Vertafore products a plus. - Strong written & verbal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right. Role Description We are looking for an Account Manager for an international technology talent solutions company, focused on the BENELUX region. This is an opportunity to manage and grow client relationships across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg while working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders. The role is ideal for a commercially driven account manager with strong technical understanding and experience in B2B technology services. What will you do? - Build trust and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and different stakeholders. - Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. - Engage regularly with C-level and senior technical stakeholders to shape their tech resourcing, digital transformation, and project delivery strategies. - Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities while negotiating commercial agreements to expand existing accounts. - Coordinate with internal talent, engineering, and delivery teams to align resources, timelines, and outcomes with client expectations. - Monitor account health, report on performance, advise clients on improvements, and proactively manage risks. - Match developers to client needs using technical understanding and close collaboration with Client Engineering to ensure quality and fit. - Develop a deep understanding of the BENELUX technology landscape, market trends, and client needs. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience managing mid-market B2B client accounts within technology services, software, staffing, consulting, or outsourcing. - Experience working with clients across the Netherlands, Belgium, and/or Luxembourg. - Proven track record of growing revenue, expanding accounts, and retaining long-term client relationships. - Credible technical fluency and understanding gained through hands-on roles or close collaboration with technical teams. - Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with confidence discussing pricing, SLAs, project scope, and delivery models with senior stakeholders. - Ability and willingness to travel across the BENELUX region as needed, typically 1–2 business trips per month. - Professional fluency in Dutch and English. - Self-starter attitude with strong ownership, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. - Experience using CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and account planning methodologies. - Experience in staffing, developer sourcing, recruitment, or talent solutions is considered a plus. - Comfortable working in distributed teams and remote-first environments is considered a plus. - Knowledge of current technology trends, including cloud, AI, software development frameworks, and remote work practices, is considered a plus. - An existing network of technology, digital, or business leaders across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg is considered a plus.
