• Provide operational leadership, oversight, and technical expertise for network design and implementation • Project Planning – Support technical planning with various stakeholders • Resource Management – Develop and allocate a team of technical network engineers • Financial Management – Provide inputs to support financial estimates • Execution - Coordinate with Government Points of Contact for project access and completion • Stakeholder Communications – Ensure clear communication with project stakeholders • Technical support – Provide input into network design and recommendations • Conduct planning and provide recommendations on task workload
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship required
- Security Clearance Level: Secret
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years' experience managing various aspects of enterprise IT projects
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual teaming environment
- Thorough understanding of Wired, Wireless, and general IT functions
- Strong commitment to a team environment and the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Required Certification: Security+ CE or 8140 equivalent

Role Description OS1st is looking for a Regional Retail Development Manager to strengthen relationships with our Independent Run Specialty and Family Footwear retail partners across the United States. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on the road, loves working directly with retailers, and is energized by helping stores grow their business and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Spend time in stores, at community events, and at race expos—training staff, improving product presentation, and representing the OS1st brand. - Partner closely with Territory Managers to deepen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities. This role reports to the VP of Sales. Qualifications - 3–5 years in outside sales, field sales support, or account management. - Background in running, footwear, sporting goods, or specialty retail preferred. - Strong presenter and trainer—comfortable speaking to individuals and groups alike. - Organized, self-directed, and accountable without needing close supervision. - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
