Role Description - Renseigner les clients sur l'éligibilité de leurs demandes et l’avancement de leurs dossiers. - Recueillir les pièces et les informations pour constitution des dossiers client et leur mise à jour. - Instruire ses dossiers dans le respect de procédures ad Hoc. - Partager les informations en interne émanant du client avec les équipes commerciales. - Appuyer le chargé de développement territorial dans le traitement de la procédure de la connaissance client, assurer les relances et les mises à jour. - Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers (processus d'engagement, contractualisations, versements) et la saisie des informations dans les outils dédiés à chaque étape du processus. - Appuyer les clients dans l’utilisation des services digitaux. - Veiller à la diligence des réponses à apporter aux clients. - Informer les clients de toute modification des conditions de la Caisse Des Dépôts et de la création de nouveaux produits / offres. Qualifications - Bonne connaissance de l'offre globale de la Banque des Territoires (investisseur, prêteur, bancaire, ingénierie territoriale), des missions exercées en Direction Régionale et des politiques publiques locales. - Avoir des connaissances de l’environnement économique, juridique et financier. - Avoir un intérêt pour la compréhension du contexte local, socio-économique des territoires et des interactions public / privé. Requirements - Gérer la relation client. - Organisation, rigueur, autonomie. - Comprendre et analyser des documents financiers. - Gérer des opérations et des flux financiers (une expérience de l’activité de financement serait appréciée). - Assurer le suivi des dossiers et établir des reportings. - Travailler en mode projet. - Assurer la coordination et la coopération entre les différentes parties prenantes en interne et en externe. - Utiliser des applicatifs métiers spécifiques (notamment Lagon).
