Missions principales - Prestations clients - Vous contribuez à la qualité des locaux et des services et êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des hôtes. - Vous assurez les relations avec les clients et les prestataires, organisant des échanges fréquents avec les Hôtes pour recueillir leurs attentes et besoins. - Vous assurez un rôle d’interface entre les Hôtes des immeubles et les secteurs logistiques opérationnels, apportant votre expertise sur l’exploitation des bâtiments. - Vous prenez en compte le suivi des actions concernant le « confort » des utilisateurs : - Vous analysez les demandes. - Vous assurez les remontées d’informations et le suivi des demandes. - Vous assurez la coordination avec les autres secteurs du département et/ou de la direction. - Vous transmettez les demandes non résolues aux équipes compétentes dans le cadre de dysfonctionnements (maintenance technique, second œuvre, sécurité/sûreté). - Vous évaluez régulièrement le taux de satisfaction de vos clients et participez à la politique de la direction en ce domaine. - Opérations courantes - Vous assurez le suivi et/ou la réalisation des actes de gestion de votre domaine d’activité : - Les opérations de déménagement et de manutentions diverses. - Les opérations de nettoyage et de traitement des déchets. - L’entretien des espaces verts. - La mise à jour de la signalétique et de l’affichage. - Les demandes de devis auprès des prestataires. - La mise à jour des plans et de l’occupation des surfaces dans les outils dédiés. - Vous analysez les anomalies et les dysfonctionnements, traitez ou signalez les incidents et suivez leurs résolutions. - Vous contrôlez la bonne exécution des traitements automatisés et les validez dans le cadre des demandes d’interventions. - Vous proposez les améliorations nécessaires dans le traitement des opérations de votre périmètre d’intervention. - Vous participez à la mise en place des projets et des évolutions organisationnelles, technologiques et règlementaires relatives à votre activité. - Veille réglementaire et reporting - Vous veillez au respect des normes, des contrôles et des procédures et en assurez la mise à jour. - Vous garantissez la conformité des prestations fournies et vous assurez de l’exécution des contrôles de premier niveau. Qualifications - Idéalement titulaire d’une formation dans les domaines de l’hôtellerie et/ou de la restauration de prestige. - Expérience professionnelle équivalente souhaitée. - Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans des missions en relation directe avec la clientèle. - Bonne connaissance des marchés publics serait un plus. - Connaissance des métiers techniques de la maintenance bâtimentaire et de la réglementation. Requirements - Maitriser les codes d’hôtellerie de bureau et garantir la qualité du service rendu. - Solide expérience dans la gestion de la relation clients, idéalement dans le domaine de l’hospitality management. - Travailler en équipe et de manière collaborative. - Capacités rédactionnelles, d’analyse et de synthèse. - Maitriser les outils informatiques bureautiques, notamment Excel, ainsi que les outils collaboratifs comme Teams. - Connaissances ou appétence pour les nouvelles technologies appliquées aux bâtiments.
