What you get to do in this role: Take small to large IT Business Applications programs/projects from original concept through final implementation Develop detailed program/project execution plan, and manage all implementation processes including projects financials, progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and delivery within budget constraints Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendors Organize Scrum rituals (Planning, Standups, review, retrospective, etc.) Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at Steering Committee and Sponsor level Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help teams and individuals transitioning from waterfall to Agile Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking

• Owns the project management of an EHR Integration between a customer and iRhythm • Responsible for leading internal calls & customer calls • Owns the success of the EHR integration between the customer & iRhythm • Utilizes technical interface expertise to build, test, and validate EHR integration technically & operationally to seamlessly fit into customer workflows • Supports customers throughout projects from kickoff through go live, to ultimately hand off the customer to our Customer Care organization for ongoing support • Develops and maintains relationships with cross-functional partners and customers on a regular basis • Collaborates internally and externally to understand the EHR integration opportunity, need, account readiness, and fit. • Documents customer scope, workflows, and utilizes best practices to bring projects to a successful outcome • Assists sales team in explaining iRhythm’s interface mechanisms and details to the clients on pre-integration calls. • Develops and implements KPIs, goals, and success metrics, so the customer delights in working with us and so the iRhythm Zio Service is further adopted throughout the customer’s system. • Drive continuous improvement of our processes and value to customers by leading and executing on internal projects, interacting with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders.

• Support the Executive Office by assisting with high-impact projects, internal communications, and event coordination • Design and build high-impact PowerPoint decks for executive meetings, customer presentations, and internal events • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing customer-facing and internal events • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications on behalf of the VP and leadership team • Provide research, analysis, and administrative support for ad hoc strategic initiatives

Supervise a team of 4 analysts providing support for the Epic Hospital Billing application. Ensure support procedures are clearly documented and up to date. Develop practices that maximize system capabilities and availability. Provide on-call support as needed. Identify, triage, and resolve issues proactively. Coordinate system maintenance and manage vendor relationships. Facilitate the resolution of user concerns and production issues. Lead troubleshooting efforts to address production problems. Manage communication between technical teams and departmental owners. Oversee project management activities from planning to post-implementation support.
