Global Process Engineer – Engine Testing and Balancing
Switzerland Global Enterprise
• Develop, Qualify, and Improve manufacturing processes • Define global process standards and equipment standards and deploy them across the Aero Alliance factories, partnering with local factory technical leaders • Define, control, communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including: facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks & calibrations, preventative maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, technical & technology training • Validate engineering specifications and shop floor application of new processes • Partner with channels on the development of new repair processes and qualifications • Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies using industry best practices such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams to design and implement preventive and predictive programs • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing equipment downtime and improving quality processes • Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions to eliminate the problems from re-occurring • Provide technical support for asset management, including equipment life cycle analysis and spare parts optimization • Train local factory manufacturing engineers to deepen their expertise in process and equipment • Participate in the design and installation of new equipment and implementation of processes, ensuring reliability is considered from the outset (Design for Reliability)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in Aeroderivative, Aircraft Engine, or Gas Turbine Testing and Balancing
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
- Project Management skills and experience
- Fluency in English in writing and speaking

The Testing Evaluator assists with testing for language proficiency examinations, interacting with the examinee in the evaluator's native language. The tests will be evaluated according to given scoring criteria; therefore, paid training is conducted before starting the job.
