Role Description We're searching for a Germany-based Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, so that we can successfully deliver large and complex Workforce Management SaaS implementation projects across the German healthcare market. The Senior Project Manager will take full accountability for planning, steering and delivering projects on time, on budget and in line with scope, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful adoption of our solutions in hospitals and the wider healthcare environment. - Taking full ownership for planning and delivery of large SaaS implementation projects to drive successful outcomes in the hospital and wider healthcare environment. - Setting up and running clear project governance, including steering committees, status reporting and decision forums, in order to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the project life cycle. - Managing scope, change requests, budget and costs to ensure the contract and statement of work are reflected in the actual delivery, while providing transparent financial reporting and highlighting deviations early. - Identifying risks at an early stage, defining mitigation actions and managing escalations in a structured way in order to safeguard delivery quality and customer satisfaction. - Collaborating closely with Technical Delivery on complex rules, integrations, time capture devices and data migration workstreams, and reporting on project status, risks and decisions at management and executive level in German and English.
