Responsabilidades - Prospección outbound. - Gestión de leads inbound y oportunidades generadas por el equipo SDR. - Demos comerciales y presentaciones por videollamada. - Negociación y cierre de contratos. - Gestión completa del pipeline comercial. - Venta consultiva orientada al valor. Qualifications - Buscamos una persona autónoma, orientada a resultados y con una fuerte actitud comercial. - Un buen performer en este rol suele ser capaz de: - Organizar alrededor de 60 demos al mes. - Completar al menos 30. - Conseguir una media de 5 nuevos clientes al mes. - Experiencia comercial B2B. - Experiencia con CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho o similares). - Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y de negociación. - Español nativo o fluido. - Experiencia en el sector inmobiliario es un plus. Requirements - Colaboración a largo plazo. - Mercado y cartera de clientes bien definidos. - Soporte constante del equipo internacional. - Estructura comercial ya consolidada. - Dedicación orientativa: mínimo 35 horas semanales.
