Role Description My client, a global provider of secure Smart Card and RFID technologies, is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join its Cape Town-based team. This fully remote role focuses on driving business growth within the U.S. market by securing high-value corporate clients and delivering tailored smart card solutions across a range of commercial sectors. Purpose of the Role: - Drive strategic business development within the U.S. market by securing enterprise-level clients. - Lead a sales team and manage complex solution-based sales. - Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers while working closely with international teams. Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: - Identify, develop and close high-value sales opportunities. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients. - Lead, mentor and support the sales team. - Manage CRM, reporting and sales activities. - Liaise with international production teams in the US, UK and China. - Monitor market trends and provide guidance to the sales team. Qualifications - Extensive corporate or enterprise sales experience within technical, technology or solutions-based industries. - Proven ability to close complex, high-value commercial deals. - Strong business development and relationship management skills. - Experience leading or mentoring a sales team. - Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive-level clients. - Post-matric qualification; business or technical studies advantageous. - Native-level English (spoken and written). Requirements - Fully remote position based in the Western Cape. - Monday to Friday, 15h00–00h00 (SA time) to support the U.S. market. - Reliable fibre internet, electricity, laptop and mobile phone required.
