Senior Specialist, Technical Product Management

Role Description In this role, the CLM Product Analyst will partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of the DocuSign CLM platform. The position leads requirements discovery, supports roadmap and backlog management, and ensures prioritized, standardized delivery of CLM enhancements that advance business objectives. This role also supports testing, issue resolution, and post-deployment support to ensure a stable, scalable, and high-performing CLM solution. - Leads CLM business requirement gathering to understand enhancements needed - Supports CLM roadmap development and maintenance of product backlog - Coordinates across business stakeholders to prioritize needs for deployment that advance business objectives; maintain and manage CLM solution delivery plan - Communicates CLM strategy to key business stakeholders and facilitates buy-in to achieve timely delivery - Works closely with Product Line Lead and Product Manager(s) to support technical configuration of CLM solution based on business area needs, with a focus on process and delivery standardization - Coordinates with business stakeholders to identify pain points within CLM processes and technologies - Coordinates testing activities to ensure effective delivery of CLM solution - Supports technical resolution of any CLM solution issues and incidents after deployment Qualifications - CLM experience (DocuSign preferred), Icertis, Conga, SAP CLM, Workflow creation, System configuration (SaaS tools) - Salesforce, AI, Digital Analytics, Power BI / Power Apps - Bachelor’s degree - 7+ years of experience in a technical IT and/or Project Analyst role - 2+ years of experience working with DocuSign technology - One or more of the following certifications: - DocuSign CLM Administrator - DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer - DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant - DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant - Proven technical skillset to configure and maintain CLM solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectives - Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and complex environment - Demonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office product suite - Proven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groups - Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage support multiple projects and deadlines - Product Analyst experience with DocuSign or other CLM solutions Requirements - Asset Management - Benefits Management - Management System Development - Product Management - Requirements Management - Stakeholder Relationship Management - Strategic Planning - System Designs Company Description We are known as Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, New Jersey, USA in the United States and Canada and MSD everywhere else.
