• Own the enablement lifecycle for all new product releases and feature updates. Build, manage, and maintain highly accurate project trackers to ensure all GTM teams are certified and ready ahead of critical launch windows • Act as the core connective tissue between Product, PMM, Enablement, and GTM. Proactively organize and lead stakeholder alignment sessions, run dry-runs, and secure cross-functional buy-in well in advance of training deployments • Transform technical product documentation and release notes into digestible, high-quality learning assets, including eLearnings, playbooks, release summaries, and interactive training environments • Develop a comprehensive, continuous understanding of Addepar’s technical mechanics and product roadmap. Commit to being the team’s definitive subject matter expert on platform functionality • Continuously audit and update existing product training content to reflect real-time platform changes. Leverage internal project management tools (such as Monday.com) to provide leadership with absolute visibility into project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Lead the GTM product enablement strategy by designing, managing, and delivering educational materials and training sessions to guarantee the GTM team is fully informed on all product enhancements and releases
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a software education services role, support, professional services, sales, marketing, or relationship management at financial services or SAAS Technology Company
- Gong, Workramp, or equivalent tech stack experience
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of the Wealth Management industry
- Ability to tailor messaging about a product’s value proposition to varied audiences
- Capable of working across multiple organizations
- Outstanding logistical planning and organizational skills
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excitement to continually learn and grow your knowledge
- Recent experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, Lessonly, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience in learning analytics and the ability to glean insights from enablement tools and create actionable, outcome-based learning solutions
