Qualifications - Legally Authorized to work in the U.S. - 2+ years of experience with healthcare data file management across multiple internal provider systems (EHRs). - Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, complex, or fast-moving situations in real time. - Ability to communicate clearly across phone, SMS, and email with internal teams. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable adapting to evolving workflows and operational processes. - Ability to work efficiently across multiple software systems simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. - Helpful but not required: Previous experience or working knowledge in nutrition or Medical Nutrition Therapy space.
