Title: Human Resource Location: Settle, WA Job Description: Division: Human Resources Essential duties: (i.e. 50% word processing, 30% calendaring; 20% assisting with press releases) Reviewing scanned employee documents in UKG system and verifying that both the employee and file type are correct. Roughly 23,000 files to review. Minimum requirements: Familiarity with document storage and using electronic filing systems Special requirements: Ability to maintain confidentiality. The person will have access to highly personal and sensitive information, potentially including medical records, social security information, employee relations issues, etc. for all agency employees, including former employees. Duration: Up to 2 months Location: Downtown Seattle (mostly remote) Pay: $ 35.00 per hour
