• Support end-to-end proposal/RFP/RFI response development across multiple opportunities. • Understand client requirements and help shape solution narratives, calculate effort estimates, commercials, articulate value propositions and create end-to-end proposal. • Collaborate with SMEs, sales teams, and delivery leads to gather inputs. • Draft and refine proposal content, case studies, capability summaries, and client presentations. • Develop structured solution documents, pricing support sheets, and compliance responses. • Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and market trends. • Maintain content libraries, templates, and best-practice frameworks. • Ensure high-quality, on-time proposal submissions under tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in proposals, client account management, or business research, preferably in procurement intelligence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to front-end conversations with clients, sales folks, collate inputs from VP+ internal stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling and ability to craft client problems into clear, structured solutions.
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle, RFP processes, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create client-ready materials.
  • Exposure to procurement research, market research, or consulting would be preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and comfort working with unstructured client problem statements.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
