Your new role - Provide strategic and tactical leadership across all aspects of Regulatory Operations - Oversee relationships with Regulators and external stakeholders across the People Risk Claims business - Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance regulatory performance - Lead the delivery of all regulator reporting, including performance packs for external meetings - Partner with CTP and Workers Compensation product teams on regulatory matters and strategy - Influence and align internal stakeholders to support consistent and effective regulatory outcomes About you - Relevant experience in personal injury claims (CTP, Workers Compensation or similar) - Experience engaging with regulators or external stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management capability - Excellent written and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to external regulators - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends and inform strategy - Demonstrated ability to think strategically, influence stakeholders and contribute to planning and decision-making - Relevant tertiary qualifications aligned to personal injury are beneficial but not essential, supported by an understanding of relevant legislation, case management or policy frameworks Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
