Role Description We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team on a long-term collaboration basis. You will work closely with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights using modern BI tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. - Analytical thinker with strong Power BI expertise and a passion for data-driven decision making - Detail-oriented with a structured approach to data analysis and documentation - Proactive, self-organized, and comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams - Excellent at problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into BI solutions Responsibilities - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define KPIs, and deliver analytical solutions - Designing and building Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch, ensuring they meet business user needs - Developing and maintaining Semantic Models in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, writing and optimizing DAX measures - Identifying trends and patterns in data, proactively suggesting improvements to business processes Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics - Deep understanding of a business domain such as Fintech, Retail, Insurance, Telco, or Hospitality - Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present insights - Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive actionable insights from data - Good knowledge of Power BI, proficiency in DAX - Working experience with Semantic Models (Power BI / Microsoft Fabric) - Basic knowledge of SQL; understanding of data modeling and data transformation concepts - Basic understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification is a plus - Knowledge of Power BI MCP Server and experience working with Generative AI in the BI area is a plus Benefits - Full-time engagement via contract - Flexible working arrangement (remote-friendly, CET time zone collaboration) - Work on exciting international projects - Fast-paced environment with modern technologies and innovative solutions - Flexibility and autonomy in organizing your work Company Description Moberg is a Croatian-Icelandic company focused on building innovative digital solutions across industries including fintech, e-commerce, and tourism.
