Queremos incorporar a una persona freelance/autónoma, con experiencia comercial B2B, que nos ayude a llevar esta propuesta al mercado, abrir conversaciones con empresas en España y generar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración. Se trata de una colaboración orientada a resultados, con un modelo de retribución a éxito, vinculado a las oportunidades comerciales generadas y/o cerradas. Tu misión será impulsar el desarrollo comercial de Talent Pink, identificando empresas que necesiten contratar mejor, mejorar su employer branding o diferenciarse en la atracción de talento. Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán: - Prospectar y captar nuevas empresas. - Generar reuniones comerciales cualificadas. - Presentar la propuesta de valor de Talent Pink. - Detectar necesidades relacionadas con selección, talento y employer branding. - Hacer seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales. - Convertir conversaciones en colaboraciones reales. - Participar en la construcción del discurso comercial. - Proponer sectores, mensajes y enfoques de venta con potencial. - Crear relaciones de confianza con clientes y partners. - Trabajar de forma coordinada con el equipo. Qualifications - Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas B2B de servicios en España. - Experiencia demostrable en prospección, captación o apertura de mercado. - Buenas habilidades de comunicación, persuasión y negociación. - Capacidad para generar confianza y abrir puertas. - Orientación a objetivos y mentalidad de crecimiento. - Autonomía para organizar su actividad comercial sin microgestión. - Manejo de CRM y herramientas comerciales. - Comodidad trabajando bajo un modelo freelance a éxito, vinculado a resultados comerciales. Requirements - Se valorará especialmente experiencia en RRHH, selección, ETT, consultoría, formación o employer branding. - Experiencia vendiendo SaaS o servicios innovadores. - Cartera activa de contactos empresariales en España. - Mentalidad startup y capacidad para construir desde cero. - Capacidad para aportar ideas comerciales, no solo ejecutar tareas.
