English Travel Representative
Teleperformance
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers currently traveling or interested in purchasing/researching travel • Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner • Effectively turn customer inquiries into sales • Utilize appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals • Research travel rates, destinations, options and packages for customers • Provide information, suggestions and options in a manner that is accurate, effectively meets the needs of customers, and entices them to purchase • Accurately track and report call types and service issues
Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- College or some college degree (preferred)
- Two years of customer sales, upsales, telemarketing and service experience (required)
- Two years Corporate or leisure travel industry experience (required)
- One-year international booking experience
- Strong communication skills are required
