This role involves conducting virtual consultations with individuals and families to provide supplemental benefit programs. Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom Learn about each client’s needs and present appropriate benefit options Clearly explain coverage details, answer questions, and provide education Guide clients step-by-step through the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication Build long-term relationships by providing ongoing policy reviews and support Participate in weekly team training, skill development sessions, and leadership workshops All appointments are with families who have requested information. No cold calling or door-to-door outreach.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who can manage time effectively in a remote environment
- A service-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Comfort using virtual meeting platforms and basic digital tools
- Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, or other client-facing roles is helpful but not required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state life license (licensing support provided)

We are seeking a Mid-Level SAP ABAP Engineer to support and enhance our SAP ECC landscape. This role will focus on development and support across core SAP modules.
