Role Description As a Mid-Market Sales Executive, you will target organizations with up to 5,000 employees. We are looking for "Rising Stars" who can bridge the gap between traditional screening and modern talent management ecosystems by leveraging strategic co-sell partnerships with Tier-1 HCM platforms. Key Responsibilities - Drive Vertical Growth: Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets within assigned geographies or verticals, including Staffing, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Higher Education. - Consultative Discovery: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover operational risks and present tailored business cases that deliver clear ROI. - Pipeline Management: Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline while navigating complex, consultative sales cycles. - Relationship Architect: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to enhance communication, retention, and long-term satisfaction. - Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal product and technology teams to influence innovation and ensure the delivery of market-relevant, scalable solutions. Qualifications - Experience in background screening, HCM technology, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred. - A documented history of consistency in quota attainment and experience closing deals with $25k to $500k+ contract values. - Ability to drive urgency in executive audiences and navigate the technical nuances of ATS/HRIS integrations. - Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo. The Vice President of Sales – High Volume Hiring directs the investments in sales force effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales force productivity. The VP is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organizations. Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales and customer success organizations. Provides leadership to the sales, and counsel to the President, Americas, in implementing objectives that appropriately reflect the firm’s business goals. Equitably assigns sales force and customer success quotas and ensures the firm’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organization objectives. Partners with senior sales and customer success leadership to identify opportunities for sales and customer success process improvement. Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel. Works closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales and customer success organization success. Ensures sales reports, dashboards and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organizations. As a thought leader, recommend and develop new strategies, KPIs and programs to enable the success of sales and customer success.
