SAP ABAP Engineer
The Timberline Group
We are seeking a Mid-Level SAP ABAP Engineer to support and enhance our SAP ECC landscape. This role will focus on development and support across core SAP modules. Design, develop, test, and support ABAP solutions within the SAP ECC environment. Build and enhance custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEF objects). Develop and maintain Smart Forms and SAPscript outputs. Provide technical support and enhancements for SAP SD, WM, and MM modules. Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and technical documentation. Support integrations and interface development, including RESTful APIs and OData services (where applicable).
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience working in SAP ECC (experience with S/4HANA is a plus but not required).
- Proven experience supporting and developing solutions within: Sales and Distribution (SD) Warehouse Management (WM) Materials Management (MM)

- Solid understanding of RICEF development objects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs and OData services.
- Experience with SAP integrations and middleware technologies.
- Candidates local to Dallas, Texas preferred.
- Work Environment
- Remote position with required Central Time Zone availability.
- Occasional travel to Dallas, TX (approximately twice per year).

POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Field Sales, Navy and Marine Corps, is a senior player/coach sales leader responsible for driving personal sales performance while guiding and enabling a team of field sales managers and representatives.
