WBS Training
• As a member of WBS TRAINING you represent your subject area with passion and vision. • In your role as a Learning Facilitator, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants. • In designing your lessons you act both as an instructor and as a support figure in the role of a Learning Facilitator for Learning 4.0. • This includes: subject-specific instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D. • Use of a variety of teaching methods for course design. • Guidance and supervision of our retraining participants with their IHK-relevant reports and projects. • Participation in quality-assurance measures. • Conducting webinars and online information events. • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level).
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics or Marketing.
- Development of data-driven marketing strategies.
- SEO, SEA and social media advertising.
- Customer journey mapping & branding.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Legal fundamentals of online marketing.
- Social media content creation (including video, reels & short-form formats).
- Storytelling & community management.
- Tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Influencer marketing.
- Media law & brand development.
- E-commerce.
- Data-driven marketing.
- Development of e-commerce strategies.
- Building and optimizing online shops.
- CMS platforms and basics of web development.
- SEO/SEA in e-commerce.
- Solid practical experience using AI tools for content creation.
- A comprehensive understanding of current fundamentals and trends in AI media design, project management, automations and AI models.
- Proven experience in adult education (at least 600 hours).
- Pedagogical qualification, e.g. AEVO instructor certificate.
- Strong methodical and didactic skills in knowledge transfer.
- Ability to prepare complex content in a clear, target-group-oriented manner.
- Independent, structured working style and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with learners.

Role Description We are looking for an independent and proactive Digital Ads Coordinator to manage a portfolio of hospitality clients across paid social advertising platforms. This role goes beyond campaign execution—you will be the owner of your assigned client accounts, responsible for: - Developing advertising strategies - Managing client relationships - Creating ad creatives - Analysing campaign performance - Continuously optimising results Once a client has been onboarded by the Sales team, you will become their primary point of contact for all paid advertising activities. You will work closely with Australian hospitality businesses, ensuring every campaign reflects each client's unique brand voice while delivering measurable business outcomes. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with data, can confidently communicate with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
