نحن نبحث عن منسق مبيعات وعمليات محترف ومتمسك بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. هذا الدور ليس مجرد خدمة عملاء، بل هو حلقة الوصل الأساسية بين إغلاق المبيعات الاستراتيجية والتنفيذ التشغيلي الدقيق. التنسيق التشغيلي: المتابعة اليومية للطلبات عبر النظام والتواصل المباشر مع شركات الشحن. الضبط المالي: إدارة الخصومات غير المعتمدة، وإرسال روابط الدفع، وتصحيح الفواتير. المبيعات عالية القيمة: إدارة وإغلاق المبيعات للعملاء ذوي الفواتير العالية (تتراوح من 200 ريال إلى 2,000 ريال وأكثر). الالتزام بالمعايير: تنفيذ المهام بدقة وفقاً لـ "دليل العمل المعتمد" والنماذج الداخلية.
Job Requirements
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة مثبتة في مجال عمليات المبيعات، تنسيق التجارة الإلكترونية، أو أي دور هجين مشابه.
- يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع التجزئة أو الأزياء (تحديداً في أقسام التفصيل أو الطلبات الخاصة).
- التفرغ التام: يشترط عدم الارتباط بأي وظيفة أخرى أو عمل حر (Freelance).
- ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات + 1 ساعة بريك الإجمالي 9 ساعات.
- المرونة: الاستعداد للتواجد في فترات الذروة المسائية وفقاً لمتطلبات العمل.
