Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous office and computer experience required
- Strong PC and internet navigation skills are necessary, must be proficient with Microsoft software products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills required
- Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
- Experience with property management, construction, and property insurance preferred
- Mortgage servicing and default servicing knowledge and/or experience is ideal
- Basic understanding or local laws and ordinances regarding property conditions a plus
- The ability to think outside of the box
- The ability to understand processes
- Flexibility, strong multitasking skills required
- Strong computer skills as well as computer navigation skills
- Knowledge of mortgage terms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Conduct timely and thorough follow-up with payers to update claim system with accurate information and ensure supporting documentation has been received facilitating prompt reimbursement. Make key decisions to ensure claim resolution. Prepare correct MVA billing packet using EnableComp systems tools and submit with all necessary supporting documentation to insurance companies and patient attorney, with appropriate authorizations. Communicate with patient attorney via various mediums in order to discuss claim status and probability of timely resolution. Other duties as required.
