In this role, you will… Be responsible for making and receiving calls to/from vendors, clients, and third parties as needed Review, research, and respond to email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner Review vacant inspections to determine if we can proceed with property preservation Review third party systems for loan status Review and take action on internal and external reporting Work several different clients and understand their expectations Meet daily quotas Work individually; however, at times work on a team

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous office and computer experience required
  • Strong PC and internet navigation skills are necessary, must be proficient with Microsoft software products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills required
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
  • Experience with property management, construction, and property insurance preferred
  • Mortgage servicing and default servicing knowledge and/or experience is ideal
  • Basic understanding or local laws and ordinances regarding property conditions a plus
  • The ability to think outside of the box
  • The ability to understand processes
  • Flexibility, strong multitasking skills required
  • Strong computer skills as well as computer navigation skills
  • Knowledge of mortgage terms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

This position is responsible for handling patient health information (PHI) and maintaining extreme privacy and security as it relates to confidential and proprietary information. Conduct online medical research of Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments using EnableComp’s proprietary software, systems, and tools, as well as other online medical websites. Research, request, acquire, and review medical records, provider notes, explanation of benefits and any other supporting documentation necessary for knowledge of account information. Utilize information to manage claim life cycle and accurately communicate with external patient counsel and insurance providers. Conduct timely and thorough follow-up with payers to update claim system with accurate information and ensure supporting documentation has been received facilitating prompt reimbursement. Make key decisions to ensure claim resolution. Prepare correct MVA billing packet using EnableComp systems tools and submit with all necessary supporting documentation to insurance companies and patient attorney, with appropriate authorizations. Communicate with patient attorney via various mediums in order to discuss claim status and probability of timely resolution. Other duties as required.
